Busaba Eathai

Alan Yau's take on Thai has been a great hit with punters, with W1's Wardour, Bird and Store Street restaurants packed most nights. This is Thai cuisine with proper ingredients: betel leaves, yellow bean and fresh herbs go a long way to raise Busaba above the crowd. Look out for new openings in Hoxton and the Haymarket in early to mid 2010.
